Her research activity is oriented towards a direct hospital applicability. The research is based on the evaluation of hospital innovative organisations using new technologies (digitalization of the medical record, remote monitoring, tele-expertise, hospital social networks for patient experience sharing, internet management of medical appointments, etc.).These activities focus more specifically on applying process mining methods (combination of process modelling and data mining approaches in the hospital information system) for the production of indicators measuring the quality care improvement.
