Jean-Philippe Guilloux, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the MOODS team and at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Paris-Saclay University. He teaches pharmacy students the basics of basic and molecular pharmacology, then to master and doctoral students, the basics of neuropharmacology in the context of my research, the treatment of characterized depressive episodes. His research activity is mainly focused on the search for biomarkers of the response to an antidepressant treatment of a pharmacological or electrostimulation nature. These translational studies are carried out in collaboration with clinical research teams. In preclinical, we work in animal models of anxio/depressive-like behavior. To do this, He uses emotional behavior analysis techniques in mice and high throughput transcriptomic and / or proteomic approaches.
