Antoine Messiah has over 30 years of experience in conducting epidemiology and public health research projects, from conception and funding (12 long-term grants) to complex data analysis and publication (over 100 articles and book chapters). Dr Antoine Messiah holds 3 doctoral degrees: in Medicine (MD), in Biostatistics (PhD), and in Epidemiology (Dr Sc). His research encompasses studies on HIV infection, sexual behavior, driving and cycling behaviors, addiction (including alcohol and tobacco use), anxiety and depression; his current areas of concentrations are post-traumatic mental health and suicide. He is involved in real world evidence (RWE) population-based studies on secondary prevention and health-care use.
